One word: WOW!
Only visited one peninsula, but it was awesome. Stopped by the state park office and the park ranger was able to give me a great hike. She suggested that I take the Chase Point trail. I really cannot put into works what I got out of this hike, but man I was totally energized when I got done with the 2 mile hike.
